Refund Policy

At Team America CBD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of unused and unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at teamamerica6@teamamericacbd.com. We will then provide you with a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at teamamerica6@teamamericacbd.com.
